Marma Yoga Classes
My classes synthesize Yoga asana, Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine philosophies, Aromatherapy, and Depth Psychology. I encourage moving in a way that open the doors to deeper inner listening and perception, and aligning with one’s innate intelligence.

Yoga offers a remembering of our somatic intelligence
Our body is designed with an intrinsic biofeedback system. This feedback, or “embodied cognition,” can be heard through slowing down, moving with attention, and focusing on our breathing. Developing ourselves in this way increases self-awareness and internal references that can help us navigate life with greater comfort and ease. My classes encourage self-sensing and self-renewing to support micro-shifts in awareness that have the potential to alter our health and our moods. The goal is to move the body in ways that refine and strengthen the coherence between inner and outer worlds.

How it Works
What to Expect
Some people get nervous when they hear the word Yoga and automatically assume they can't "do" it - that they're not flexible enough, strong enough or young enough. The reality is that Yoga is available for everybody because all that is required is a body and the willingness to move, to recognize and pay attention to what’s happening on the inside. Our natural movement patterns are the best teachers. When we combine moving with attention and breathing, we gradually melt holding patterns, encourage fluidity of energy, and begin to access greater presence. Within this presence is a vast and fertile field of possibilities.
I offer private and semi-private gentle yoga classes (6 max) in my personal studio. Classes usually include movement, breathwork, meditation, and essential oil anointing. All levels are welcomed and encouraged to move freely.
