DIALOGUE
Alchemical Conversation
Exploring Emergence through Integral Dialogue
When we are in true Dialogue, we enter a space of witnessing and withnessing, being with each other in relaxed, non-judgmental curiosity as we mine the fields of thought, body, and consciousness. In the tradition of David Bohm and Krishnamurti, we come together in an "alchemical conversation" that suspends judgment, beliefs, assumptions, and at times, even ideas. The opportunity is in listening and leaning-in to the field, attuning to the body, and noticing how thoughts are generated. This creates space for novel ideas, feelings, and wonderings to materialize, and for shared meaning and new possibilities to emerge.

How it Works
What to Expect
Dialogue is a form of communal alchemy. Together we will co-create a living laboratory to experiment and explore. As we listen to both full and empty moments, we hone sensitivity, attuning to undercurrents, over-currents and through-lines of connectedness within the relational field. All are welcomed and asked to give and receive with the utmost respect. Silence is considered a powerful way of including yourself in the dialogical process. There is no pressure to speak; your embodied presence is an integral contribution.
Each Integral Dialogue session will begin with a brief check-in, segue into an approximately 40-minute formal Dialogue process, and end with a brief closing. We will honor intra-subjective, inter-subjective and trans-subjective realities while the field itself aids in charting the course. The goal is to notice subtleties, track and work with our bodies, breath, and matters of the mind while they are active to refine sensitivity and reach more deeply into our own consciousness.
As we experience the organic vacillating between embodied presence and emergent thought, we will fertilize new ground for co-consciousness to germinate and grow.
